July, 2026 Update

-The best chance we have of getting a statewide ban is to influence the legislators who will responsible for hashing out the final version of the Mass Ready Act in the fall of 2026. Rescue Gloucester Wildlife will write a letter that supporters can sign onto.
-We may also pursue a home rule petition that would allow the City of Gloucester to completely ban them here.
