March 18 Deadline
Keep the bill restricting harmful rodenticides moving or it will die in committee
1.Contact the Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources committee, where the House version of the bill, H965, has been languishing. March 18 is the DEADLINE FOR IT TO BE REPORTED OUT. Ask that the bill be reported out favorably to the Ways and Means Committee.

2. Contact Sen Bruce Tarr (or your state senator) and ask them to make S2721, an Act Restricting the Use of Rodenticides in the Environment, a priority. Ask if they will commit to advocating for the bill with their colleagues and with leadership.

3. Contact the Speaker of the House Ron Mariano, and ask that he prioritize H965. Ask him to advocate for reporting the bill out of committee favorably.

5. If your senator is on the ways and means committee, contact them and ask them to make S2721 a priority.
